How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want you to be treated fairly and honestly when you reach Messageplaying Plumbing. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Messageplaying Plumbing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the plumber. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from the network. But Messageplaying Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@messageplaying.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What You Can Expect
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This is usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
